Hi, my name is Rachelle and I'm excited to be part of Healthy Families Sierra County! Before this chapter of my life, I was a stay-at-home mom for nine years. During that time, I learned so much about patience, resilience, and the importance of supporting others. As my family has grown, I've been excited to begin a new journey for myself, and I'll be working toward a degree in social work because I'm passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in my community.

I was drawn to HFA because I was looking for a supportive community where I could grow, learn, and connect with others. Since joining, HFA has encouraged me to believe in myself and reminded me that it's never too late to pursue new goals. The relationships I've built here, along with the love and support of my family, have helped me thrive and given me the confidence to take this next step.
