Katrina Carroll,
Supervisor

Katrina Carroll, MSW, LMSW, has worked in home visiting since 2015, after first experiencing its impact as a participant with her youngest children. Becoming a parent at a young age sparked her interest in child development, psychology, and the importance of strong parent-child relationships. Through her own experiences, education, and professional growth, she witnessed how nurturing relationships and reflective support can positively shape families and children's lives.

These experiences inspired Katrina to pursue a career in social work. She earned her Master of Social Work and became a Licensed Master Social Worker, with a passion for infant and early childhood mental health, attachment, and supporting families during the earliest years of a child's life. After spending two years as a therapist serving children, parents, and families, she returned to home visiting in July 2026 as a Home Visiting Supervisor.

Katrina's work has been rooted in rural New Mexico, where she is passionate about strengthening families through relationship-based support and community collaboration. She is honored to have the opportunity to be a safe space and a voice for children, parents, home visiting staff, and communities.
