Jessica Luther is a collaborative leader who believes that strong relationships are the foundation of healthy communities. As Executive Director of Healthy Families Sierra County, she is committed to creating a program where families feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Jessica founded Healthy Families Sierra County out of a deep commitment to rural families and a belief that every parent deserves consistent, compassionate support—no matter where they live. Seeing the gaps in services for families in remote areas, she envisioned a program rooted in trust, flexibility, and belonging. Healthy Families Sierra County is her response to that need: a place where connection comes first and every family’s story matters.
